We are a family run company, established in 1961, by Robert Edward & Margaret Walsh.
With a real estate portfolio comprising of residential, retail, and industrial property located primarily in Rishton but spreading to the surrounding areas of Great Harwood, Accrington and Oswaldtwistle. We believe in learning from the past and using the perspective of this history to shape and improve the future.
All residential properties are let on a six-month assured shorthold basis, with our retail and industrial units let on fixed multi-year leases.
